Another opportunity has been made available to take part in the Surrey 500 system leadership development programme aimed at leaders across Surrey Heartlands.
The programme launched last year and four cohorts of participants have already completed their training. Applications are now being accepted for Cohort 5, which comprises managers from the Guildford & Waverley and North West Surrey Integrated Care Partnerships, including the voluntary sector. Cohort 5 starts in November 2020 and is a combination of virtual sessions, one face-to-face session and self-learning.
Sarah Parker, Director of Transformation and The Academy said: “Surrey 500 aims to help our front line workforce and those in leadership roles overcome real or perceived barriers and foster a culture of collaboration across our system. We were proud to develop and run it last year, with a focus on resilience, innovation and collaborative leadership, and look forward to the next Cohort of managers joining in November.”
